Inflammation is reduced when you get a good night’s sleep.
So even if you have a bad day, a good night’s sleep can reduce that bad feeling in the morning.
If you are stressed out by something unpleasant and cause inflammation in your brain, sleeping at the right time of night will increase the amount of inflammation-calming proteins and quell the inflammation.
But if you stay up at night, thinking that the night is your only free time because you didn’t get any time to yourself during the day, the inflammation will not heal and will get worse.
If the inflammation gets worse, peripheral immune cells become activated, attacking normal cells, and cognitive function declines.
If cognitive function declines, you can look at a video site and lose track of it, as if to say, “This video is extremely important. With disorientation, you cannot stop watching it because of the illusion that if you don’t watch it here and now, you will miss out on important information.
If you write a romantic letter or something at night and read it back in the daytime, you will blush with embarrassment because your brain is inflamed at night and your cognitive functions are impaired. If you write with inflammation in your brain, you will write great things because you cannot properly perceive the distance between you and the other person due to loss of cognition. After getting proper sleep, when you read your writing, you feel ashamed because the inflammation is properly healed and cognitive functions return to normal.
In the same way, you think “you can be famous” or “you might have great power” in the middle of the night because your peripheral immune cells are activated by inflammation and your cognitive function is impaired. Inflammation is also what makes you convinced that you have a great idea.
The more elated you are with the certainty that you have a great idea, the more shocked you are when faced with reality, and the more stressful that shock becomes, the worse the inflammation becomes.
The more severe the inflammation, the more active the peripheral immune cells become, attacking normal cells, which leads to cognitive dysfunction and loss of control, causing you to do things you shouldn’t be doing. As a result, the inflammation gets worse due to further social stress, and the cognitive function becomes lower and lower, and the world in your head and the real world become more and more disconnected, and the inflammation gets worse due to even stronger social stress, and so the cycle goes on.
When you play mobile games in the middle of the night and think, “If I become the best at this and become famous, I may soon be able to earn money as a professional gamer,” it is because inflammation activates peripheral immune cells and cognitive function is impaired, causing loss of cognition. In the morning, you are sluggish and unable to think straight due to lack of sleep, because your cognitive function is declining. And you’re not making any progress because you’re experiencing executive dysfunction with respect to your goal of possibly becoming a professional gamer. The difference between the glamorous world in which you imagined you could live as a professional gamer and the real world in front of you is so great that you feel miserable because your cognitive functions have deteriorated due to inflammation and you cannot accept the reality anymore.
In fact, this is also caused by latent inflammation, a psychological scar from childhood.
That psychological scar is the “convenient child”.
A convenient child is a child who is assumed by parents to be a good and easy child to raise and is neglected from infancy. When they are asleep and wake up and their caregivers are not there, no one comes when they cry out, and when they fall asleep tired of crying, their caregivers come back and conveniently interpret them as “a good child who is unmanageable and can sleep alone”.
The child is left with latent inflammation as a psychological scar because he or she is replaced by a “convenient child” without any acceptance of his or her crying out of fear or anything else.
The caregiver tries not to see the reality of lacking nurturing ability by making the child into a “convenient child.
Furthermore, when the child is used as a tool to escape from the reality of marital problems, saying, “I can’t leave this person because of this child,” the psychological scar of a “convenient child” remains.
This is because they take their parents’ suffering as their own fault that they are unable to divorce and continue to suffer. The child is left with the psychological scar of being used as a tool by the parents, because the child can see that the parents are putting the responsibility and suffering of not being able to divorce on him or her under the surface as a “convenient child”.
Even if the parents lament in their hearts, “I can’t do what I want because this child is sickly,” the psychological scar of “convenient child” is created because the parents are using the child to escape reality.
It is also realistic for parents to say that they cannot get a decent job because of their child, but for the child, it is a psychic wound of being made a “child of convenience”. This is because they feel the stress of that responsibility that they are causing their parents to suffer by taking away their freedom. As a child, they cannot relinquish that responsibility, and there is no way to relieve the stress that comes from it, so it remains as a latent inflammation.
And because the emotional scars of the “convenient child” activate peripheral immune cells to attack normal cells, they blame themselves. When a child blames himself for being a “convenient child” who is responsible for everyone else’s suffering, “everyone around you is suffering because of you,” his cognitive function deteriorates and he pursues the illusion of being a “wonderful person with a great talent for saving everyone. A wonderful person with a talent for saving everyone is also a “convenient child.”
Then, by pursuing the illusion and failing, they are forced to play the role of the “convenient child” who is used as a tool for those around them to escape reality by saying, “Everyone is in trouble because of you,” and furthermore, their autoimmune system runs amok due to psychological wounds, their cognitive functions decline, and they are forced to pursue the illusion, and so on and so forth.
One sign of this ” convenient child” and autoimmune failure is “I can’t fall asleep early.
For some reason, when you try to sleep, you think about all kinds of things in a roundabout way because your autoimmunity is out of control attacking the “convenient child’s” psychological wounds.
Furthermore, when you feel that “people around you don’t understand how wonderful you are” or “no one understands you”, it is possible that your autoimmunity is out of control and attacking the “convenient child”.
When you are angry that people don’t understand your greatness, you are blaming yourself for being a “convenient child” who has to carry the burden of suffering, saying, “I can’t save everyone from suffering.
When you say, “No one understands me,” you are also blaming and attacking the “convenient child” who is guilty of being “useless”.
When you realize that you are blaming the “convenient child,” your autoimmune outburst is cured.
Then the fuzziness in your head before sleep subsides and you go into a pleasant slumber.
And then your head becomes quiet because you don’t need ideas and things like that to prove how wonderful you are.
And as your head becomes quieter and quieter, you start to have some fun.
The feeling of fun, which is different from the fun you had before, is because your cognitive function returns to its original state. (All of this is written in the narrative.)
